Pool house and apartment

The clients have expressed their desire for a pool house to be built adjacent to their garden pool. The envisioned pool house must feature a seating area, braai space, and a bar area with bathrooms equipped with showers. Additionally, as their child is transitioning into adulthood and wishes to live independently, we have been tasked with the creation of a student apartment situated above the pool house. This apartment must comprise a bedroom, bathroom, kitchenette, lounge, and a dedicated study area, all accessible via a staircase.
